What We Are Looking For
We are on the lookout for a dynamic business support specialist who is a true Swiss Army knife in capabilities. Ideal for those who thrive in diverse roles, this position is key to supporting American startups and non-profits. From fundraising and grant-writing to social media marketing and administrative tasks, your role will be integral to our clients’ success.

1) We are currently only hiring in Johannesburg.
2) Our clients are US based which is between 7-10 hours behind SAST.
3) Our work hours will fluctuate any time between 3:00pm-1:00am SAST (flexible depending on the client’s timezone)
About the Work
- Manage administrative tasks including email, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Lead project management efforts with autonomy and creativity.
- Craft and oversee fundraising drafts and grant applications.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with a broad range of tech tools (Microsoft Office, Canva, Slack, and Asana will be used daily)
- Proficient in persuasive writing and social media engagement.
- Self-starter, capable of working independently and solving problems.
- Interest in learning and applying U.S. business standards.
- Experience in supporting startups or non-profits is a plus.
